Build and maintain your Brand Kit
The Brand Kit is your brand book inside Spirea. It is set once per workspace and applied automatically to every Spirea Studio generation. A complete Brand Kit improves the relevance, consistency and safety of generated creative.
Where do I find the Brand Kit?
Select Brand Kit in the left sidebar. Changes save automatically.

Complete the six tabs from top to bottom:
- Brand Identity: brand name, positioning, description, industry, website and logos. The brand description is the most important field because the AI relies on it heavily.
- Visual Guidelines: colour palette, the role of each colour and typography. Roles can include primary, secondary, accent, background, text and neutral.
- Voice & Messaging: tone preset, custom tone, messaging principles and do-and-don’t examples.
- Audience: target audience, age range, location and gender. These tune relevance rather than restrict output.
- Legal & Compliance: required disclaimers, regulatory framework and forbidden phrases. These become hard rules for the AI.
- Additional Rules: approved taglines, additional do’s and don’ts and a free-text catch-all.

How do I import brand guidelines from a PDF?
- Open Brand Kit.
- Click Import from PDF at the top of the page.
- Select your brand guidelines document.
- Review the fields Spirea populates, including brand description, colours, fonts, tone and rules.
- Check all six tabs and correct anything that was extracted incorrectly.
- Pay particular attention to colour roles and forbidden phrases.

Automatic extraction is a starting point, not a final answer. The PDF may contain context that an extraction cannot reliably classify.
How do I check that the Brand Kit is active?
Open Spirea Studio and check the Brand Kit panel on the left. It should show an Active badge and the colours and settings being applied to the generation.
Use Legal & Compliance → Forbidden Phrases for compliance language, competitor names and tone or claims that must not appear. The Brand Kit controls what Spirea produces, but it does not replace your judgement about the strategic direction it suggests
