How do I create an account?

Visit iq.thisisgain.com and click Get Started. Enter your business email, create a password, and verify your email address to activate your account. Once verified, you will be prompted to set up your organisation workspace. If the organization already exists, you will be prompted to reach out to your organization admin to invite you into Lupine. 

How do I verify my email address?

After registering, GAIN IQ will send a verification email to the address you provided. Click the confirmation link in that email. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or request a new verification email from the login page. 

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot password. Enter your registered email address and you will receive a password reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder. For security, failed login attempts are limited. After 3 failed attempts you will be prompted to reset your password or wait 15 minutes before trying again. 

Can I sign up using Google or Microsoft?

Yes. GAIN IQ supports single sign-on (SSO) via Google and Microsoft accounts upon new organization creation. On the sign-up screen, select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. Your new account and organization will be linked to your chosen provider. 

What if I don’t receive the verification email? 

If you did not receive a verification email after 2-5 minutes, please click "Resend confirmation email" to have it re-sent.

Also please check your spam/junk mailbox in case the verification email was directed there.
