Is there a free trial?
Yes. GAIN IQ products offer a free trial so you can explore the platform before committing to a paid plan. A credit card is required to start your trial. No amount is charged during the trial period, but your selected plan will auto-renew after 14 days unless you cancel.
What happens if I use up my credits or allowance before the 14-day trial ends?
If you exhaust your plan's allowance (such as the number of analyses) before your trial period ends, you can either wait for the auto-renewal at the end of the 14 days, purchase a one-time add-on to continue immediately, or contact us at ________ to begin your subscription immediately.
What happens after my free trial ends?
At the end of your trial, your plan will auto‑renew to the Growth plan and your card will be charged, unless you cancel before the trial end date.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Yes. Annual plans receive a discount compared to monthly billing. The exact discount is shown on the Pricing page. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
